A Back and Forth Hedging recovery EA is required

My strategy is as follows. 

If the RSI is above 50 level EA should open a buy trade 0.01 lot with 10pip TP and 30pip SL.

If 10pip TP is hit,EA will open a new buy trade 0.01 lot instantly with the same 10pip TP and 30pip SL and it goes on until the SL is hit.At any point when the SL is hit,the EA should open a reverse sell trade 0.04 lot with  same 10pip TP and 30pip SL. If TP is hit,EA will open a new sell trade 0.01 lot again with the same 10pip TP and 30pip SL and it goes on with 0.01 lot in reverse direction until the SL is hit. If the SL of a 0.04 lot is hit then the Ea should open a reverse trade with 0.13 lot with same 10pip TP and 30pip SL. When 0.13 lot TP is hit then the EA will again open a new trade 0.01 lot with same 10pip TP and 30pip SL and it goes on. 

If the market is below RSI 50 level EA should initiate first trade with 0.01lot sell order and the remaining process will be same as explained above.
