High and low once MA lines cross.

 Good afternoon. 

 I am looking for an EA which calculates the HIGH and LOW everytime MA lines cross one another. Using the example below. Say I entered a start time for calculation as candle number 1. Once a start time is entered, you would then need two MA crosses, in the example above a then b before you calculate what was the High of the green MA line,1, and low of red MA line 2. 

  I would then like each high and low of the respected two ma line cross to be labled with a letters  where the chart would show the total amount of pips of between 1 and 2 and 2 to 3, etc! 

  I would also need an alert everytime a new high low calculation is recorded.

 That is all I would need. Please remember that I am working with two MA lines, so i would have to be able to enter if it is simple,smooth, exponential, color and number.
