Morning breakout range

I am looking for an experienced programmer for the following Expert Advisor.

-          This EA should be able to open and close (trailing stop), positions in MT4 platform (div. index and currencys )

-          This EA should has a Magic Number (selectable)

-          This EA based on the breakout strategie in a chart M5 and a special timeframe EUR morning and US morning

-          This EA work together with MA50 dependent on candles, how tuch (or don´t tuch) the MA50
 

-          For more information:  I enclosed a chart with info and an explanation.

Long setup:

Time Frame:    - M5, > Index - DAX, DOW Jones,  S&P500 and so on  (Index 2 digit ) micro lot 0.01
                               - M5, > Currency - EURUSD,  GBPUSD and so on (  5 digit Broker ), micro lot  0.01
                               - Magic number (selectable) it run with dif. EA´s in one MT4 instance

Setup long:       Find in the chart M5 =
- 1 hour range from 08:00 to 09:00 clock (time - adjustable) is over
- MA50
- Time frame is important I like setup EURO- and US-Market.

First role:  In the range 08:00 – 09:00 clock, the candles all over the MA50
candles do not touch the 50 MA.
The high from the range is the start after 09:00 clock. (immediately)
(If the candle in the range hit the 50 MA we do not start the setup !!!)

Setup start:      - Settings selectable before the EA start.
-the range 08:00 - 09:00, or other time range
-long-setup “stop buy” ,  LOT´s are selectable (micro lot)
-Stop loss (selectable)
-Trailing stop (selectable)
-Take profit (selectable)

Short setup: Analogous to long setup
