EA based on an Indicator with Normal and Martingale function

What i need for this EA:

1.     Start Buy/Sell Setting (From Signal to Signal)
1.5.  Start Buy/Sell Martingalle Setting (From Signal to Signal)
2.     Only Buy or Sell after Signal, withe Martingalle option.
2.5    MM % or from Deposit.
3.      Risk in %
3.5    Initial Lot Setting  for 1. 1.5  and 2.
4.      Setting for Tralling TP/SL
4.5    SL/TP Option
