Intraday EA with time-and-price-based rules

Hello everyone,

 I need an EA written for Metatrader5 which works, simply put, like this:

1) Take price at "Time1"

2) If the price moves "Numberofpips" up from that price, open long position, if it moves down, open a short position.

3) Set a stoploss of "Numberofpips2". 

4) At "Time2", close the position

It's based on a funny idea I had which seems to be working but I need this EA to backtest the method and see the results, which would be enormously demanding if performed manually. That said, I can't pay much for the basic EA, but if it works, I'll be glad to pay more and share the optimal settings for good profits.
