I need a newsfilter and new strategy installed/implemented

Hello MQL 4 Coder,

For my existing CCI RSI Expert Advisor I need some changes on the code. 

The EA should run on the newest version of Metatrader 4.

I attach the my EA the newest Version and the Donchian Channel. 

For the newsprovider I thought about FXSTREET Economic Calendar

As filters there are listed a lot of countrys I think, the first thing I want to get coded is that I can choose the countrys and set it on or off.

I am not sure what countrys delivers important news for DAX but I think that are the European countrys and the USA.

The second filter is what category of news should be filtered. I want you to build in all filters and I can choose what I want to set on or off. The filters are "Government" news, or "Central Bank" news.

As 3rd filter there is Volatility here I think it means how important that news are. For my EA I want only the hardest news of the section "Government" news. 

When the news are for 24 hours validated or when news appear at the evening between 9:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m at the next day and there is an open order "Example Buy"

---> Close Trade with Lotsize for "example 1 Lot" at 10 o´clock p.m. ----> Allow Open order with the same lotsize at the next day between 8:00 o´clock a.m. and 10:00 p.m. with the same order direction in this case its "Buy"

---> Don´t open a "Buyorder" when it opens below the StopLossLevel of the "Buytrade" before. ---> I use the Donchian Channel as Stoploss

The same should be coded for a Sellorder.

When there is a gap of 500 DAX points (attention please DAX points) (Broker FXFlat) or more (it does not matter if there is an open trade or not) Do not allow trading for 12 hours after that.
