Need Expert based on Macd

Job description

I need to be able to set 4 price levels on EA (from this levels macd will open position in direction of macd if get to that level and price on current timeframe will close above level if buy and if go back down and close below level then it will close position)

I need to be able to set macd setting and  time frame it will be doing calculation 

I need to set how many percent example 2% of my balance i will be used as my lot every time position is open and it change with balaance

I need to be able to set TP SL AND TRAILING STOP 

EXAMPLE

I open Eurusd 15min chart . set in EA 4 price levels and Macd timeframe 1h  seting 12 26 9  . Set 2% of my money to be used for this trade as max loss. 

It will automaticly calculate a lot . I will set 20pip  TP  and 10pip SL and 10 pip TR stop.  

Now prise get to my line macd is above 0 line giving us buy signal( important macd only use center 0 line for buy or sell signal) and candle close above line and is in max 5 pip away from line it will open buy position . If price is not in range of 5pip then wait until is in range of 5 pip and open position. Now if everything going in our way will hit 10pip trailing stop activate we are at break-even and if continue we hit 20pip TP. If not in our way and candle close  below line but not hit SL EA automatically close position and open again if again above line. For sell signal same but revers .
