I have signals from a website which indicate you should enter multiple forex pairs at different values long or short with a stop and target. I need you to make something that can periodically contact this website download those signals in JSON, XML, CSV or whatever format you need it in and then check to see if the user is already in a trade for that forex pair. If they are not place a pending order that expires by 23:00 that night. If they are in a trade with that pair do nothing.

This should be very straight forward and simple nothing complicated and shouldn't take long at all.
