Prop Firm Operations & Technology Manager

We are looking for a Prop Firm Operations & Technology Manager to help us creating our risk and technology infrastructure for our new prop firm.

This is a key role for someone who understands both trading infrastructure and day-to-day prop firm operations. You will be responsible for managing the systems, platforms, configurations, and workflows that keep the firm running smoothly, while also helping us scale efficiently.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Managing and maintaining our prop firm’s operational and technical setup

• Configuring and overseeing trading platforms, including MetaQuotes environments

• Setting up and managing account groups, instruments, leverage, commissions, markups, swap settings, exposure limits, and trading permissions

• Coordinating platform structure for challenge accounts, funded accounts, demo environments, and internal testing

• Working on broker / prop infrastructure, including feeds, platform settings, trading conditions, and system logic

• Monitoring the stability and quality of the trading environment

• Troubleshooting technical and operational issues across the business

• Coordinating with external providers, developers, liquidity / platform partners, and internal teams

• Improving internal workflows, automations, reporting processes, and operational efficiency

• Helping design scalable systems for future growth

Requirements

• Strong experience in prop firm operations, broker operations, or trading platform management

• Strong familiarity with MetaQuotes / MetaTrader environments

• Understanding of trading platform configuration, instrument setup, leverage logic, commissions, swaps, and risk controls

• Ability to manage both operational and technical tasks with precision

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

• Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and external providers

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice to have

• Experience with prop firms, brokers, or trading education businesses

• Familiarity with CRM systems, payment workflows, automations, and internal dashboards

• Knowledge of trading infrastructure, liquidity setups, and platform-side risk controls

• Experience working with technical teams or developers
