Preciso de um alerta por e-mail ou Sms quando o indicador FL22 mudar de LIME para RED e o Indicador FL23 mudar de DodgerBlue para White ( isso acontece quando ele rompe a linha central de cima para baixo );


Preciso de outro alerta que faça exatamente o contrário. Quando o indicador FL22 mudar de RED para LIME e o Indicador FL23 mudar de White para DodgerBlue ( isso acontece quando ele rompe a linha central de baixo para cima );   

Isso deverá ocorrer independente do Time Frame ( H1,H4...) e independente do preço!
