Hello, I need a „News Stop EA“ that overrules other EAs on the account and stops the other EAs from trading for a certain specified period of time (in minutes) before and after an event with low, medium or high impact according to a reputable site like forexfactory.com or a similar site (as specified then in options under “Allow WebRequest for listes URL”). Ideally, the EA also draws a vertical line in the EA window (blue = low impact event, yellow = medium impact event, red = high impact event) with a short explanation of the event when hovering over the line with the mouse. The EA shall be applied to any currency pair (like EUR/USD) in order to work.

Input fields:
1. All EAs – yes/no:
* if yes, all EAs are stopped from trading for the specified period of minutes before/after an event
* if no, only EAs with the magic number(s) as specified in the next field are stopped from trading for the specified period of minutes before/after an event

2. Magic number(s):
* only valid if field nr. 1 is “no”
* manual input of user of all magic numbers of EAs that shall be stopped from trading for the specified period of minutes before/after an event

3. Low impact before:
* manual input of minutes when EA shall start working before a low impact event

4. Low impact after:
* manual input of minutes when EA shall start working after a low impact event

5. Medium impact before:
* manual input of minutes when EA shall start working before a medium impact event

6. Medium impact after:
* manual input of minutes when EA shall start working after a medium impact event

7. High impact before:
* manual input of minutes when EA shall start working before a high impact event

8. High impact after:
* manual input of minutes when EA shall start working after a high impact event
