Require a customized EA

I have  a strategy which I use in 3 different time frames (Daily charts, 1 hourly charts and 15 minute charts).  The strategy includes 3 main indicators to check for a trade:

a)Trend Direction using a single ma

b)Heiken Ashi Candles (in colour red/green)

c)Awsome Oscillator (in colour red/green)

I require a skilled developer to write the code to apply the long and short trades according to my strategy in all of the 3 time frames. I am not sure it they can all be included in one EA although I do hope so?
In addition my strategy has set rules for the execution of the trades with regard to:

a) the lot size allocation according to the account size

b) Stoploss definitions and trailing stop requirements for every trade

c) has a built in exit strategy for profit-taking if specific criteria are met
