After a yesterday daily high - breakout after breakout

Hello Developer, I am looking for an Programmer of a simple breakout.

Short setup:

Time Frame:    M1 or M5,    Index - DAX, DOW Jones, S&P500 and so on  (Index 2 digit )
                           M1 or M5,    EURUSD, GBPUSD and so on   5 digit Broker, micro lot  0.01

Setup short:    Find the daily low from yesterday Timeframe 08:00am to 04:00pm adjustable.
Time frame is important I work with 24 hours Chart. ( European and US startframe adjustable )
After breakout ( from low ), we will wait of the actual entrance. ( More special Information after

All feature of character properties are adjustable via setting.

Long setup: Is analogous to short setup
