I need an expert application that will automatcly change the chart from one template to another

I need an expert application that will automatcly change the chart from one template to a second chart template. The Second chart template will activate from two charts to choose from predicated upon a buy or sell crossover signal alert from the first chart template. This is a very simple one function application that I am looking for, with a manual reset. (ie. when the chart is manually switched back to the first chart template as annotated in the settings of expert, it will switch again automatically once buy or sell alert is activated again.

Can anyone help me..? I really don't know how much something like this will cost or how much time it will take to develop. However by looking at the comparable jobs 10 days and $100 seem above the going rate for something like this, but I am open to suggestion.
