- Example in the EA input Starting Time is set to 09:00:00 and then EA placed an order at "Starting Time 09:00:00", now Starting Time in the EA input is set to 2 minutes later at 09:02:00
after I delete the old pending orders, then the EA has to place the pending orders again at "Starting Time 09:02:00" (Right now the EA can just place the pending orders once but what the EA has to do is anytime I adjust The "Starting Time" then The Ea has to place the "Pending Orders" again after the old orders are deleted, exactly just like the Starting Time in Smart_Expert_Advisor_v_2-06 mt5).
- If the EA place Pending Orders the first time then if I restart the platform then the EA does not need to place the Pending Orders again, (Just like in Smart_Expert_Advisor_v_2-06 mt5).
- The EA has to always follow the time and date in the platform, even though my computer has a differend time and date.
For example even though my computer's time is yesterday 12:00:00, date is 27 september 2012. Even though my computer's time is tomorrow 21:00:00, date is 29 september 2012.
The EA has to follow the Market Watch in the Metatrader 4 platform, example today's time in MT4 platform is 18:00:00 and the date in the platform is 28 september 2012 then the EA has to follow the time 18:00:00 and date in the platform 28 september 2012. (Please make the mq4 EA just like the Starting Time in the new mq5 Smart Expert Advisor that you created yesterday. MT5 EA can follow the time and date in MT5 platform even if my pc has another time and date, it works perfectly).
