I need an EA that opens trades using the MACD file settings attached below.

- buy signals - when the blue line crosses the red line from underneath heading upwards.

- Sell signals - when the blue line crosses the redline from above heading downwards.

-when in a current trade, to be able to open a reverse trade ie to close current trade and immediately

open an opposite trade when a signal hits.

EA should also;

- set lot size according to acc.balance

- stoploss = 25.0

- set stop to b  trailingstop= 15.0

- set partial pip percent = 50

- set partial close percent = 50

- slippage = 3

- EA shld not trade during news time P

- EA shld not trade during ranging market
