EA to copy trades from another specific EA during time frame

I would like to ask for an EA that will copy trades from another specific EA (identified by a unique Magic Number) with the following requirements:

• The requested EA will monitor the client during a period of time (certain days during a given time frame) looking for new trades.
• The requested EA will ONLY copy the NEW trades opened during this time window from a specified EA respecting trade type, S/L and T/P. Any modification made by the to-be-copied EA on the S/L & T/P during this time window will be applied.
• The requested EA will NOT copy any EXISTING trade at the moment of start working.
• The requested EA must respect with precision the time window for trading, taking into account the time zone offset.
• The requested EA will remain in stand-by out of the indicated time window. No trades nor modifications will happen out of this time window.
• The requested EA will NOT CLOSE any open trades at the moment it becomes inactive. (NEW)
• The requested EA will CLOSE any trades closed by the specified EA during the time window. (NEW)

• MagicNumber: 8-digit unique Magic Number of the EA (i.e. "12345678").
• CopyMagicNumber: unique Magic Number of the EA to be copied trades from (i.e. "54321").
• LotSize: lot size of the trade to be opened (i.e. "0.1").
• TradingDays: 5-digit numeric binary-like field using only "0" (for inactivity) and "1" (for activity). The first digit represents Monday, the second Tuesday, etc (i.e. to trade only Tue thru Thu the input should be "01110").
• TradingStartTime: 4-digit military-like time value with format HHMM in GMT (i.e. "1600").
• TradingEndTime: 4-digit military-like time value with format HHMM in GMT (i.e. "2300").
• BrokerTimeZone: numeric field for the time zone of the broker's server (i.e. "3" if the broker's time zone is GMT+3 or "-2" if the broker's time zone is GMT-2).
• Comment: custom comment of the trade (i.e. "My copied trade").
