EA needed based on breakout strategy

Hello,

I need a breakout strategy based on this setting.

Start of range time Hour
Start of range time minute
End of range time Hour
End of Range time Minute
Stop Loss
Take Profit 

BeforeTradeHour
BeforeTradeMinute
Breakpoint
LotSize

The EA will check the highest point and the lowest point for the timing between "Start of Range" and "End of Range".

After that, it will set a boundary, the entry point is either
1) a Buy stop order X pips (Breakpoint) above the range 
2) a Sell stop order X pips ( breakpoint) below the range

 The EA should have a stop loss and take profit setting.

 the breakout strategy will happen in this 3 ways:
1) The time has passed "Before trade hour", cancelling the both buy stop and sell stop order.

or

2) A buy stop order is triggered, removing the sell stop order.
3) A sell stop order is triggered, removing the buy stop order.
