Script to convert xls file to hst. file

Hi all,

 

I am looking to create a simple script which can help to convert bid & ask prices in xls. format to hst. format.

So that the price can be presented and viewed in mt4.

 

Attached will be the a sample of the bid & ask price in  xls. document

 This is where the hst files are located. please suggest the preferred way to go about converting bid and ask price on the xls document into mt4 chart.

Is this the most preferred way as shown?
