Hello MQL freelancers, good day.

I'm still learning about MQL4/MQL5 and need a simple Expert Advisor that places and closes Market Orders in order to complete an EA that I'm building by myself in MQL4. I will use this EA to finish learning some stuff about closing Market Orders and associating the Lowest/Highest close price relative to the order that was opened. The basic rules are as follows:

1. Check when a new bar is created. If is new bar, continue to next step.

2. If MA(8) > MA(21) && RSI < 50 place Buy Order, else, if MA(8) < MA(21) && RSI > 50 place Sell Order. If an order was placed, continue to next step.

3. Close a Buy Order when the current close price is less than or equal to the lowest close price of the 10 previous bars from which the order was opened. For Sell Orders is the same, but instead of the lowest close price from the 10 previous bars, is the highest close price.

4. Stop Loss and Take Profit needs to be in pips.
