Looking for an Expert Developer to Create a Non-MTG Trading Bot for Quotex (Binary Options)

Hello Developers,

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a high-quality, professional automated trading bot for the Quotex binary options platform. The bot must be fully automated and strictly follow a Non-Martingale (Non-MTG) strategy.

### Key Requirements:

* Platform: Quotex (Binary Options).

* Strategy Type: Strictly Non-Martingale (No double lots, no loss-recovery multiplication).

* Money Management: Every trade must use a fixed flat lot/investment size (e.g., $1 or $2 per trade, or a fixed percentage of the account balance). 

* Risk Control: Ability to set a daily Max Stop Loss (Max Loss Limit) and a Daily Take Profit target. Once either limit is reached, the bot must stop trading for the day.

* Asset/Market: Should work on standard Currency Pairs as well as OTC markets available on Quotex.

* Timeframe: Optimized for 1-minute (1M) or 5-minute (5M) expiration times.

### Technical Execution:

* The bot needs to connect with Quotex securely (via API or Web Automation/WebSockets) without triggering security bans.

* It must execute trades instantly with zero delay or lag.

* I need a clean and simple User Interface (UI) to input settings like trade amount, daily profit/loss limits, and indicator periods.
