Hi all, I am looking for a top-rated, experienced MQL5 developer to code Phase 1 (Retail Version) of an advanced Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5. 


Key Requirements:

1. Pure Price Action Strategy: Uses H4 Trend Filter (Swing High/Low) and H1 Execution (Wick Scanning >= 66% & Engulfing Candlesticks). Places orders via Buy/Sell Limit at Fibonacci 50% level of the candle body (with Giant Candle threshold rules).

2. Automated High-Impact News Filter: Fetches economic calendar data from ForexFactory.com via WebRequest. Dynamically filters High-Impact (Red Folder) USD news with automatic Broker-to-GMT time synchronization.

3. Advanced Trade Management: Features a dynamic Break-Even trailing loop (with institutional rollover spread freeze logic between 23:50 and 00:20 broker time) and a Partial Close loop (50% lot reduction at 1.5R).

4. Multi-Layer Account Risk Controls: Dual-fuse protection including Max Loss Trades Per Day (5 trades), Max Win Trades Per Day (3 trades), and Max Daily Drawdown (2.0% equity protection). Includes a customizable Monthly Profit Lock circuit breaker.

5. Customizable Weekend-Close: Automated weekend liquidation at a specific broker server hour (e.g., Saturday 02:00) with a functional exclusion filter to bypass cryptocurrency symbols (BTCUSD & ETHUSD) to run 24/7.

6. System Security: Hardcoded basic Account License and Expiration Date validation loop.

7. Architectural Standard: Strict Modular Code Architecture so I can easily upgrade or swap strategy models in Phase 2 without impacting risk frameworks.
