Create a EA to detect and trade specific H&S patterns

Looking for an experienced programmer to create a fully automated trading system.

The EA must be able to detect SPECIFIC H&Shoulder patterns, identify entry point and open a position.

Parameters:

Candle Count: EX: 50 - meaning the max amount of candle history to look for a pattern. (user adjustable)

RISK: EG "2" Meaning the position that must be opened must be 2% of the Balance of the account (user adjustable). The EA must place the SL automatically as attached

ROI: EG "2.5" Meaning the trade TP/SL ration must be 1:2.5. (user adjustable). The EA must place the TP when the SL is calculated as attached.

Buffer: SL setting at a high or a low. If buffer is set at 0 - the SL will be at the high/low of a specific candle. If buffer is 100 - meaning the SL will be a 100points above the high for a short or 100 below the low for a long.

The EA only target specific H&S patterns:

The Recent Low must be broker DIRECTLY(meaning un-interrupted candles/price movement)

The second shoulder must break the second neckline DIRECTLY(meaning un-interrupted candle/Price movement)

Area of interest is between the second shoulder and the Head(as per attachment)

If one of the conditions is not met - no trade.

If the pattern is developing, it should mark out the trade that it is waiting for (EX the area of interest).

DO NOT ADD ANY other parameters such as trading times etc. Only the specified.
