MT5 Expert Advisor – TradingView Webhook Execution (No Strategy)

I am looking for a developer to create a simple and stable MT5 Expert Advisor.

My TradingView indicator already generates BUY / SELL / CLOSE signals via webhook (JSON).
I do NOT need any trading strategy logic inside the EA.

The EA requirements:
- Receive TradingView webhook alerts (JSON)
- Execute market orders on MT5
- Symbol mapping (example: XAUUSD, BTCUSD)
- Magic number
- One trade at a time option

Preferred features (can be phase 2 if needed):
- SL / TP / trailing stop / break-even handled on MT5
- Tick-based management (not candle-based)
- Option to choose:
  - TradingView manages exits
  - OR MT5 manages exits

The EA must be generic and reusable with any broker.
Execution-only EA (no indicators, no strategy logic).

Budget: 100–120 USD.
Delivery: 5–7 days.

Please confirm experience with TradingView webhooks.
