I wish to have the source of an scalping expert advisor MT4 [not selling in MQL5]

and the add some new functionalities like :

1] delay in seconds between 2 trades

2] stop trading after daily loss > x%

3] stop trading after total loss > xx%

4] stop trading after winning of day > amount NNNNNNN

5] stop trading after total winning > amount NNNNNNN

6] NO TRADES before red news of the currency

7] NO TRADES before red news X  minutes before

8] NO TRADES after red news X  minutes after

9] currencies concerned by the news like XAU,USD,CAD ........
