To produce an MT4 Bollinger Band indicator based mid prices. An existing indicator is attached which works accurately most of the time, but needs to be corrected or rewritten so that it works perfectly. The indicator is also called by an EA, or multiple EAs.

Description

On the close or open of each minute bar, the bid and ask are averaged to create a mid price. The Bollinger band is then calculated using this mid price (instead of the bid price). Where no Ask price is available because the indicator has not been running for sufficient time, there is an input for the assumption of what the bid to mid market spread would be on average, and this input is added to the bid when no ask price has been collected. The indicator should be usable in charts and callable by EAs. This is an urgent project.

The issue with the current code is that sometimes a Bollinger level will deviate by a few pips unjustifiably (sometimes more) and then correct once a bad or missing data point has fallen out of the array used to calculate the Bollinger.  The problem occurs when the indicator is called by an EA.  Typically several EAs call this indicator.  

I have attached the MT4 file for the current indicator that needs correcting, or a new indicator can be written which follows this spec.
