Margin-Level Focused Risk Manager (new tool) + Trailing, Breakeven extension upgrade (of existing tool)

I need a MT4 tool for different approaches of extremely detailed and complex calculations. The tool is to be done from the beginning with full programming code and unlimited license (no expiry!) to be provided. I should be able to use the tool on unlimited quantity of MT4 terminals at the same time, even on unlimited quantity of computers.

Within the same project, I need from you yet another subproject: Another work, where I will need extra upgrade of already perfectly working MT4's EA tool. This upgrade will be needed in particular moment of your development in order to be able to continue with the main project. The other tool is with zero bugs. However, I need extension upgrade of existing, very well working, Trailing and Breakeven functionality according to given instructions.

BUGET IS NEGOTIABLE! If you are willing to work on it, but would require different cost then please let me know.

The entire project, main tool and upgrade in my other existing tool, is only for those developers who are willing to read EXTREMELY LONG and complex project descriptions in very small details. I repeat again: My uploaded description, see attached file, is very very very long, in total 18+ pages, and several hours will be needed by you. Please do your notes while reading.
