EA Strategy Description — “V75 Momentum Scalper”

1. Market & Instrument

  • Instrument: Volatility 75 Index (Deriv MT5 synthetic index).

  • Account type: Synthetic account.

  • Timeframe: Tick-based / any chart (logic runs on tick updates).

2. Entry Conditions

  • At the start of each new candle, record the open price.

  • For the next N seconds (user-defined input), measure price movement from that open.

  • If the price moves ≥ X points (user-defined input) in one direction within N seconds:

    • Buy if upward.

    • Sell if downward.

(Both pip threshold X and timing window N are adjustable in EA inputs.)

3. Exit Conditions

  • Primary exit: Close trade immediately when any profit > 0 is recorded (default).

  • Alternative exit: Option to set a fixed Take Profit (TP) in points.

  • Stop Loss: If price moves against trade by Y points (user-defined SL).

4. Risk Management

  • Lot Size: User-defined.

  • Stop Loss: User-defined (points).

  • Take Profit: User-defined (points, 0 = close on first profit).

  • Max concurrent trades: 1 (default).

5. Additional Parameters

  • Trade only once per candle.

  • Time filter: Allow/disallow trading during user-defined hours.
