Close all ea

I need 1 EA where this EA will close all positions ( all magicnumbers ) when the target of equity reached.

Target equity =  balance  +  parameter in currency     :      1050 =   1000 + 50

or

Target equity =  balance  +  parameter in %    :   1050  =  1000  + 5%

Equity will close all my open positions when the equity reached . Example starting balance is $1000, EA will close when the equity reach equal or more than $1050

After EA closed all positions, EA will immediately read how much the current balance. So, let say now current balance is $1050, so EA will close again the new open positions when the new equity reach equal or more than $1100. 

When the account balance is increasing via another EA , this EA must adapt the target equity . There are others running on same account and they make profit. Then the target equity wiil increase with the amount of profit of the other EA's.

when the account balance is descreased via a loss via another EA , this EA may not change the equity to reach. It will not change the target equity

Note:

EA will not get affected even after restart the platform. EA will have a memory to keep the last equity target even after platform restarted. The only thing that can erase the EA memory is, when I click the reset button, so EA will check and memorize the new balance, in case I change to the new platform or new account.

Only via the reset function a new target equity can be given because i sometimes redraw money for the account and only then i want to change the target equity.

I want the MQL5 file also to change it when needed .

I do not know how i can test this EA the the MQL5 tester but if you have some advise , please give me because this EA does not open positions
