I am looking for coding help to develop a dynamic trailing stop loss EA.

Idea: enter into a trade and trail stop loss through from lower to higher timeframes.
Core idea:
1. Core system: 2 ma crossovers (customisable variable, deafault to 50/200 ma)
2. if there is no major news on FX calendar enter trade on 1 minute timeframe (0.01% risk based on 1 minute ATR, 10 atr stop loss)
3. if the price move in my favour by 1 atr (atr based on 1 minute data), trail stop loss at 1 pip above breakeven
4. if the price move in my favour by 1 atr (atr based on 5 minutes data), trail stop loss at 1 pip above previous trailing stop loss in note 2
5. if the price move in my favour by 1 atr (atr based on 15 minutes data), trail stop loss at 1 pip above previous trailing stop loss in note 3
6. if the price move in my favour by 1 atr (atr based on 30 minutes data), trail stop loss at 1 pip above previous trailing stop loss in note 5
7. if the price move in my favour by 1 atr (atr based on 1 hour data), trail stop loss at 1 pip above previous trailing stop loss in note 6
8. if the price move in my favour by 1 atr (atr based on 4 hour data), trail stop loss at 1 pip above previous trailing stop loss in note 7
9. if the price move in my favour by 1 atr (atr based on daily data), trail stop loss at 1 pip above previous trailing stop loss in note 8
10. Any subsequent moves by more than 1x daily atr would then see the stop loss trailed by 1 atr as well (only daily bar closes)
Specific requirements
1. all atrs should be have modifiable timeperiod and multiplier values, with the ability to turn offf either one of the ATR's
2. fx calendar should be coded up that allows me to select multiple news events that I would like to consider when opening news trades (this doesnt affect trades that are already open)
3. EA cannot open any new trades while there are existing open trades.
4. If there are 2 losses in a row (customizable variable), then the ea stops trading for the day.
