Project Title:
Development of “Peras” – A Risk Management Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5

Description:
I am looking for an experienced MT5 programmer to build a robust risk management EA that will enforce strict trading discipline by mimicking institutional-style oversight. This EA will not trade on its own, but rather monitor trading activity and enforce preset rules by immediately closing unauthorized trades.

🔧 Core Functions

  • Cap weekly loss (by number of trades or % drawdown)

  • Cap daily loss (% o)

  • Cap the loss in the first hour of trading to no more than X% of the predefined daily max loss

  • Restrict trading to a specific time window (start and end time)

  • Allow or forbid adding to existing positions

  • Instantly close any trade that violates these conditions

🧩 Inputs

  • MAWL : Max allowed weekly loss (% or fixed amount)

  • MADL : Max allowed daily loss (% or fixed amount)

  • FirstHourLimit : % of MADL allowed in the first hour

  • StartTime and EndTime : Daily trading session (in user-defined time zone, default Berlin)

  • TimeZone : For converting between server and local time

  • AllowAddingToPositions : true/false

🗂 Additional Considerations

  • The EA will run 24/7 on a dedicated Mini PC with no screen and will be accessed remotely.

  • It must handle positions opened on previous days intelligently.

  • The EA must convert the time zone correctly, regardless of broker/server location.

  • Clean code and commenting is essential for future maintenance or upgrades.
