Convert script from mql4 to mql5

A mql4 with certain input data script, which will be delivered to the developer, generates a .csv file with columns and rows containing account information e.g. ticket number, symbols, dates, profits, etc.

This mql4 script needs to be converted to mql5.

It is required that mql5 script 

- allows to enter the same input data

- processes data in the same way

- provides a .csv file that posts the same information in the same columns and rows as the mql4 version
