Pivot Line EA bot

Looking for an EA, that triggers an alert and a trade when price touches Pivot line S2 and S3 and R2 and R3, using daily calculation.

Candle should be rejected when it closes,  

need also to enter the Stop loss amount or risk percentage to be traded which uses a Time Atr selection like SL =  1.25 current ATR or pick which timeframe to use as ATR

the risk reward ratio also to be set as multiplier to the risk like 1:2 or 1:3

also, can set a number of candle before another trade is taken since this is gonna be an EA robot . like setting 10 candles before able to execute another trade in a pivot line rejection
