Developer Needed to Build Remote Licensing System for MT5 Expert Advisors

I am looking for a developer that can create a licensing system that works with google drive instead of costly amazon servers.  The license should be created through a web interface holding customer information.  Database should be searchable and there should be an option for expiration date, number of licenses per user and so on.  Please do not apply if this is your first time doing something like this as we are looking for a fast solution.  Preferable we are looking for someone who already has a working design that we can use.
