Read data for an order

Hi,

I am looking for a program, that reads a txt file or email, takes some values (SELL; GBPUSD;Stop Loss=000 or BUY;GBPUSD;Stop Loss=000) into a new order.

The following steps are necessary:

1.) Read txt file or email

2) If there is a new email and e.g. an existing order then check

 2.1 is new order for the same currency and

 2.2 is e.g SELL; GBPUSD;Stop Loss 000 # SELL;GBPUSD;Stop Loss 000

then close the existing order and

3.) place the new order like SELL;GBPUSD; Stop Loss 000

4.) Delete txt file or email

Source of the email is an expert advisor, which generates an alarm or some text, see above. Because today there is no way to automate the process, I want a program that can do it for me, thanks for answers.
