An expert Advisor based on the breakout of a defined candle high/low

this breakout strategy is simple, volumes should be either fixed or percentage based. 

I need the EA to create a range based on a defined time range e.g. start and end time (down to minutes), then create stop orders 'x' amount of pips above and below that range (a buffer of sorts), There should also be an end time for the validity of the range. 

The orders once filled should have TP SL and Trailing stop loss function, it should also have a grid martingale function that can scale in orders based on grid gaps and multiplier, as well as a martingale overlap function to reduce Drawdown. 

Basically all these features below (in pic) along with a martingale feature.
