I need a Price Action scalping EA for the EURUASD for 4HR timeframe.

For Long Trades, the EA must open trade 1 Pip above Ask if Current Open is greater than Previous Open and trend is up and 1 minute ago Ask was less than current Open

For Short Trades, the EA must open trade 1 Pip below BID if Current Open is less than Previous Open and trend is down and 1 minute ago Bid was greater than current open

Stop Loss and Lot size are adjustable. The two option must be available for automation.
