Indicator for TRADINGVIEW

im not sure if it must write on python or c++ , its not matter to me as long it is work , its SHOULD work on TRADINGVIEW platform ONLY

the indicator should be very basic and show me in pips the correct number, like the measure tool ,  the last candle always

when the last candle  green , the measure should show me the pips from the low of the candle needle to the corrent price [ask price]

and when the last candle change to red , it will show me from the top of the candle needle to the corrent price [bid price]

when the candle close the calculate should start again with the new candle opened .

remember , its should show me all the time in number the pips of the candle , any move he do i want to be able to see the correct pips , i will show picture example how it should look

if there is possible  i want 1 parameter off\on  [show last candle close]

that when the candle close it will be number below or above it that how in pips how much the candle [if candle  close green , calculate from the bottom of the needle to the close price of the candle , if its red candle so do it upside...]
