Code my Equal High/Low Strategy into a tradingview script or MT4 / 5 indicator

I don't know if this is possible but i would like for someone to code my strategy into an indicator on tradingview. I don't always get to catch this setups and i would really like to know when they form. 

You have to have a knowledge about liquidity or market structure to trade this. 

I always look for this setup around an OB with FVG but it doesn't always have to form there all the time.. 


1) forms an equal high or low. (THEY DONT ALWAYS HAVE TO BE EQUAL ALL THE TIME)

2) Price close below an equal low or equal high line (with body of candle not wick alone) and then proceeds to reverse and close (with body of candle not wick alone). Once this happens i want to be alerted and print the setups on tradingview chart. 

 See the screenshort attached for an example. 

It would be good to also have a self updating dashboard to see where which pair the setup has appeared. .


NOTE THAT THIS STRATEGY IS NOT SUBJECT TO TRADINGVIEW. IF IT IS BETTER TO CODE IT IN MT4 OR 5 THEN LETS GIVE IT A TRY.
