SaaS Practice management software

Job Description

Hi, I need to make a web based practice management software. Preferably using AngularJS with Ruby on rails. (flexible on this)
This software will need to have these features

1. An interactive Appointment calendar
2. A Patients tab: that contains patients details,billing,treatment notes,list of appointments, attached files
3. A finance tab which contains Billing,payments and expenditures list
4.A Reports tab with the clinic's reports on billing,,revenue, patients analysis, appointment analysis.

Also I want this software to be capable of sending sms reminders to patients based on a time chosen by the practitioner.

Preferably I will need a very good User interface design ( modern)

Will communicate the details of each feature later.
