EA based on 2 arrow indicators

1. Gap Indicator BuySignal && Doros indicator BuySignal  = BUY  (Exit on opposite SellSignal Gap || Dorros indicator)

2. Gap Indicator SellSignal && Doros indicator SellSignal = SELL  (Exit on opposite BuySignal Gap || Dorros indicator)

3. Doros indicator is repaint. So, EA must open only 1 trade.

4. After X pips move the StopLoss to Breakeven.

5. Lot size = Max Lot size / X . (Ex. x=10 MaxLotSize 3.39 lot size=0.339) (Margin Level = %1000)
