Simple Master/slave copy bot from MT4 passview to MT4 live account

I need the bot to copy exact position of another MT4 passview account. Adjusted parameters include: minimum lot = 0.01; lot factor to Master; Allow to copy all pending orders, all outstanding orders; Slippage: Slave bot will open position instantly after Master bot opens one (the number of positions have to match, sometimes Slave bot got requoted from broker so it doesn’t open position, but this one must keep trying until that position is opened); Custom pair (for some broker the pair is XAUUSDv instead of XAUUSD, there must be a parameter where I can input so when Master bot opens 1 lot of XAUUSDv, the Slave bot will open 1 lot of XAUUSD)
