Determine the strategy and build an EA based on 10 days trading history

I am looking for a smart Freelancer to build an EA (with settings) based on an existing trading history I can send you on HTML. 

Strategy is trading symbols and seems like as a DCA hedging counter trend (Timeframe M15). However would be great to figure it out with what settings. 

So eventually we will run a test for a year and it has to trade (open and close) at the exact positions and lot sizes. 

Also for testing purpose we will run it on live demo account and compare it with the actual real live account trades.
