Robot trading

I would like to make a bot that trades Nasdaq 100 index. The rules for this bot will be simple. Trades will only be on the price action of the 5 min time frame. If a subsequent bearish candle closes below the low of the previous bearish candle enter a short position. If a bullish subsequent candle closes above the high of the previous bullish candle enter a buy position. To make the trades more precise add a 21 EMA where that a sell position will only be taken if the bearish candles are below the 21 EMA and where that a buy position will only be taken if the bullish candles are above the 21 EMA. With a stop loss off 15 points for both a buy and sell position. And a take profit off 50 points for both a buy and sell position. With a lot size off 0.16. Lot size will be adjustable. The time range where these trades are taking will be from 13:00-1500 UK time.
