Looking for a Bot to take Telegram signals and execute them on MT4

I will forward signals into my own telegram bot chat.

From here id like them to be sent to my MT4 account and auto executed with and the stated currency pair, Stop Loss and Take profit.

Id also like a option to add a comment to the trade so i can track which signals im using.

can this be done?
