An EA based on EMA cross and RSI confirmation. Adding to a winning position and reducing a losing position.

Summary: Open a trade when an EMA 3 cross EMA 21 at the 15Mins timeframe and the RSI(period 9) crosses the 40 or the 60 levels, also on the 15Mins timeframe. Add to a winning position and reduce a losing position.  That is:  The EMA 3 cross above EMA 21, and the RSI(period 9) crosses over the 60 level to create a buy order.   The EMA 3 cross below EMA 21 and the RSI(period 9) crosses below the 40 level to create a sell order.  Do not open another trade until the ongoing trade is closed. Set a stop loss at 20 PIPS(1% of the account balance) away from the entry point and a take profit at 45PIPS away from the entry point.   If the price moves 14 PIPS in loss, close half of the position   Enter another trade in the same direction as the initial position once the price has moved 10 PIPS in profit but with a 50% lot size of the initial lot size.  Set the take profit at the same level as the initial take profit.  Adjust the stop loss of both opened positions to equal 1% of the account balance.  EA should be enabled on all major pairs, minor pair, Gold, WTI, US 30, US 100, and S&P 500  EA should only work on the FXCESS server.
