Want to do Pending Order Buystop Sellstop EA.

I want to do an Buystop Sellstop Pending order EA based on Price. 

1. Now while attaching Price is 100. Then Now EA will place 2 Pending order at distance of 2 Pip

2. 102 BUYSTOP & 98 SELLSTOP.

3. Now if 102 Buystop order got triggered means then if this Trade achived Stoploss means then EA has to wait for 98 SELLSTOP order to get triggered. 

4. Now this 98 SELLSTOP order got triggered means then EA has to place once again 0.10 BUYSTOP pending order at 102 price.

5. Now this SELLSTOP order got TP achived means then EA has to DELETE the pending BUYSTOP order. 

6. And should start placing 2 new PENDING order from current price
