Add recovery function and Trailing Stop setup to existing EA

Dear coder

 My EA needs two adaptations:

First a recovery function. That means that the EA check after server loss to the existing open orders and proceed where it stopped

Second: Actually the EA has a fix Takeprofit. I would like to have an adapted trailing function. The trailing Stop should be activated after a certain Pip of gain .

for example

Locking Level: 50pip

Trailing-Stop after Locking level: 20pip

Narrow Down : 5pip

Gain Steps: 15Pip

Gain: 50pip: Trailing is activated / Trailing stop of 20pip

Gain 65pip: Trailing reduce by 5 pip to Trailing stop of 15pip

Gain: 80pip: Trailing reduce by 5pip to Trailing stop of 10pip
