We are a group of economists, data analysts, programmers and traders with 10-18+ years of experience. We work on a strategy that is also used by large algo / quant hedge funds (one of the top funds has it with a high probability as the main core strategy, they makes 64% profit annually and more than 25 of the years were in the plus every year. This is a market neutral strategy (it almost doesn't matter in which direction the markets move, which is a huge advantage)

In the team, we have 2 programmers, 2 data analysts with experience in machine-learning, many years of experience in banking, etc. However, one of our programmers does not work in metatrader, the other one cooperates with us only partially because he has another job and so he can devote only limited time to algo trading.

In the team, we also have top economists who work in leading positions in the top management of large corporations (which are in the DAX30!)

For these reasons, we are looking for additional programmers who have very good experience in programming our own indicators and EA systems not only for single stocks, but also combinations of stocks/assets and mutual calculations between these stocks. (+ideally knowledge of mathematics, statistics)

Our strategy is 60-70% complete and we have been working on it for more than 1.5 years, it is quite complex but provides a huge market edge. We have already completed the initial tests, in-depth data analysis using 12 servers and ML, and we have also completed the calculations, we are currently putting together the execution page. (the analytical / data part was very important and more complex than the execution itself)
