Need EA for Scalping Major Currencies, MQL4

Please find the requirement below.

Scalping strategy:

Time Frame: 3 Minutes

Indicator: Heikin Ashi Candlesticks pattern without wick & 100 EMA plus PSAR

Buy Order: If Heikin Ashi candle (full body no wick) closes above 100 EMA and closes the above sell PSAR dot close the Heikin Ashi full body, trigger Buy order (0.10) lot size.

Stop Loss: HA Candle close the below 100 EMA and closes the below PSAR dot (HA candle full body no wick)

Take Profit: Whatever the profit or loss will be taken, when stop loss hit then immediately activate the next sell order to trigger (0.10)

Sell Order: [Once the stop loss hit as per the above, then Sell Order activate with (0.10) lot size]  if HA candle closes below 100 EMA and below PSAR dot close the HA candle full body, trigger Sell order (0.10) lot size

Stop Loss: HA Candle close the above 100 EMA and closes the above PSAR dot (HA candle full body no wick)

Take Profit: Whatever the profit or loss will be taken, when stop loss hit then immediately activate the next buy order to trigger (0.10)

Need panel in the chart screen - please ref attachment.

Start Hour & End Hour required in the input panel (which we can manually update while using in different pairs based on their time)

Note: If stop loss reach more than 20 pips, it should close all the order and place new order once it get the new opportunity, based on the above criteria.
